WINDOWS_SERVER_2022_CONTAINER and aws/codebuild/windows-base:2022-1.0 are now supported for AWS CodeBuild.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update Catesta uses of CodeBuild to leverage the latest windows image available on AWS.
