Windows_10_Enterprise_Release_2004 Resource version wrong

Describe the bug The dsc resource CIS_Microsoft_Windows_10_Enterprise_Release_2004 should be ModuleVersion = '1.9.1.1' not ModuleVersion = '1.9.2.1' to reflect the latest version of the CIS benchmark which is 1.9.1
