Describe the bug Windows Server 2016 1607 benchmark appears to be based off an old revision of the CIS benchmarks, 1.2.0, which is causing control mismatches. The newest revision is 1.3.0.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: "Ensure 'Prevent the usage of OneDrive for file storage' is set to 'Enabled'" is recommendation # 18.9.52.1 in 1.2.0. In the latest version it is 18.9.56.1

Expected behavior dscresource generated using latest CIS benchmark (1.3.0)
