Describe the bug: バグの概要

Whenever I use this action, I get Warning: There are no target projects.

To Reproduce: 再現手順

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Demo repo (workflow)
  2. make a new issue
  3. check Actions, it will fail to add to 🆕 New

Expected behavior: 期待する動作

It should add the issue to the project under 🆕 New
