Commenting/uncommenting yaml not using correct symbol

The YAML commenting/uncommenting using the shortcut doesn't use the correct symbol.

Same issue for me. Also, possibly related, the tpl files indent to four spaces automatically instead of two, which has messed me up a few times. All in all, a good extension.

Windows shortcut: CTRL / cautious! it is the / of your numeric pad ... works nice
