Hotfix Request(s): Metadata Addition for Twitter

Two metadata fields that we were missing when I ran a social media check.

twitter:title twitter:description

By default on Twitter it will pull from the og:title / og:description. However, there seems to be an issue with search engines when it defaults to using the og for the metadata. To what I can tell the search engine crawlers are looking / trying to reference the twitter:title and twitter:description metadata field even with it missing.

At current I have been unable to test fully with https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator on twitter for my site and multiple other sites since they are all not pulling. (not sure why - tested sites that even I wasn't hosting)

However with other social media check tools and my SEO tool they all seem to warrant that twitter:title and twitter:description fields be added.
