Is there any protocol that can manage windows and desktops in wayland session, that lxqt-panel can use?

I tried to make lxqt-panel work under kwin_wayland but I haven't found any KDE interface to manage desktops in a way it is done with x11 at the moment.

From my tests liri eats more memory. Probably beacause of qml and js. On KDE plasma under wayland all qt5 apps resizing and scrolling looks more smooth than under x11.
