Third-person bio consistency

Especially now that there's 3 people again these could be more consistent. For SEO, it is good to use third-person for bios on websites/about-pages/blogs, and first-person for bios on social media.

Also we use the word "passionate" three times on this page (I was first!), maybe we want to switch things up (but idk what else to use lol)

Good catch! Looking at it again it does sound strange, will rewrite my bio tomorrow :)
