Remove correct answer prompts

In the quizzes, would it be possible to remove the correct answer prompt when your answer was already correct? Maybe even remove the prompt completely when the answer is correct. The green tick is enough. As in: Your answer is correct. The correct answer is: Utilizing full disk encryption on all devices to prevent unauthorized access.
