Possible data loss with imported bookmarks from older versions

I used the newest version, and while the web UX displays the bookmarks correctly, the cli and export functions truncate what used to be a 197 bookmark database to 30 or 40 entries.I had been previously using older version of shiori, and to verify I exported all the bookmarks from the 'old' version, blew away the data dir, created 'new fresh' db, and imported. They did that fine, but then to 'reexport' I only get 30 entries.
