We've several internal microservices where we're using the images based on docker-alpine. Little bit of customization but still smaller base image (~30MB max).

Not sure how we can apply globally on all responders. either build module for all responders based on `Hedwig.Responder`

I think [Search API](https://developer.github.com/v3/search/#rate-limit) has custom rate limit which is same regardless of token type. The other way I can think of would be to just have the repo(s) cloned...
