Fails to show a recently updated fork

I tried looking into this repo:

And for example it doesn't show this fork updated 3 days ago:

https://github.com/Division7/Essentials

I got the opposite problem when looking to adminer forks:

In fact, those "3/4 months ago" are not true. Those forks have never been updated. They are as old as the original forked repository.
