Show / Filters changes to README.md

While exploring forks, I usually find a common element for the most interesting ones, the README.md file has changed. This is kind of logical: if the user has changed the README.md it's probably because he wants to give a new purpose to the repo.

Do you think it would possible or worth to add README changed as a filter field?
