Creating new blender window breaks main window modifiers

Hey

If I go to Window>New Window or New Main Window Modifier keys stop working on main window.

If I create 2 more main windows/windows/etc they all works.

But the main window always breaks modifier keys.

Any chance for a fix or where to look to fix it myself?
