Orphan Chromedriver, cmd window, Java.exe and Chromebrowser processes

I find I accumulate chromedriver, chrome browser and other processes, despite various measures to dispose of them after running. Is that par for the course or am I doing something wrong? I can post more of my code if that matters.

	r.webDriver.Quit()
	r.webDriver = nil

if r.service != nil {
	r.service.Stop()
	r.service = nil

Not much of a solution, I don't think, no. I think I resorted to starting a separate process that periodically goes along and gets rid of them all.
