Urdu translation

I want to do an Urdu translation for the white paper to make it more accessible. It'll take some time but I wanted to make sure first the people in charge like the idea.

• The title of the paper was changed from "A Decentralized Protocol for Remunerating the Open-Source Ecosystem" to "The tea protocol: A decentralized, Byzantine fault tolerant blockchain for remunerating open source software".
• In section 1.1 (Abstract), a new paragraph was added that reads as follows: Creating an open, public and stable registry for all open-source software would empower projects to publish releases independently rather than rely on third parties who assemble this irregular data into hundreds of separate (and duplicated) systems. Package maintainers will publish their releases to a decentralized registry powered by a Byzantine fault-tolerant blockchain to eliminate single sources of failure, provide immutable releases, and allow communities to govern their regions of the open-source ecosystem independent of external agendas."
• Section 2 ("Background") has been removed entirely in favor or more concisely describing background information within other sections throughout the document where it is relevant instead; e.g., see section 3's description about how package managers work today vs what they could be like with TEA enabled registries/package managers such as NPMJS or RubyGems etc...
