Spanish translation

Hi, I just started working on the spanish translation of the white paper. It's a pretty long document, so this is not complete yet but I wanted to make sure you're interested in me following up on this translation.

Thank you @lucas-labs, this is highly appreciated! Excellent that you already put the translated documents in the correct folder structure.

If you run into any issues, let us know. Once the translation is completed, we will run the make script to generate the translated PDF.
