script file name being reported as "home" for some users

I have deployed this extension via a centralized location on my network. The log is collecting information mostly well but some people are reporting the wrong script file name and reporting "home" instead. Any ideas what could be causing this? I have confirmed that the end users are using existing scripts not named "home".
