Write unit and end-to-end tests

The groundwork is already there; Binoculars has been configured to build and run tests on AppVeyor CI but currently it only confirms that Binoculars builds without errors, next we need to add end-to-end tests.

Then once we have a fully tested build we can automatically deploy it to GitHub releases.
