Configurable host and port

Hi,

I have a running https://github.com/errbit/errbit installation, an open source error catcher providing the same API as airbrake. I wanted to use it for a Play! project, but realized that I cannot configure your plugin accordingly.

Therefore, I'd like to have two more configuration options:

  • The host the notification is sent to
  • The port the application listens for notifications
