Stop using nconf

Please explain the problem/why you would want to see a change and any workarounds you might have in place.

Use Electron Store instead. There were a number of issues with TypeScript, Webpack, and nconf, but besides that, I'd prefer to use a more purpose-built tool instead of nconf.
