modify the IP:Port in Windows

Could you put to insert and modify the IP:Port in Windows, as well as Android?

I can't use it in Wifi and USB mode. Bluetooth I don't have on the PC.

Could you let me know if it can have port lock? If any anti virus could block? Could there be lock on Android? Any specific USB drivers?

Where can I get Windows and Android error log?

I see, so you want to use another port on Windows?
Currently, it starts from port 55555 and test for availability. If not, then test 55556, and so on.

What do you mean by port lock? Usually, if a program has been listening on that port, it will be blocked for other programs to use.

There's no error log, unfortunately.
