Revert Add Location page to original-ish design
Something like this is much cleaner for most users.
Obv keeping the recent form improvements.
Wiki hand-off for those curious to learn more.
Maybe we present the two options up front in a balanced, symmetrical way?
Noob image on left then 'Fill out Add Place Form' as Button CTA takes them to the form.
Shadowy supercoder image on right then 'Become a Shadowy Supertagger' as the Button CTA that takes them to the wiki.
Saves a lot wasted screen real-estate.
That's one click more than necessary though for people who like to use the form. I'm sure we could make this look more nice but not by hiding the form behind another click. Just my opinion though.

Your design is better than we currently have so happy to merge until we do a more thorough design.
