[WIP] parse npub from user profiles

Does this PR address a related issue? #88

A description of the changes proposed in the pull request A simple javascript module to parse npub from user json, that also validate it and returns both npub and hex version.

Screenshots Not yet available as for now I've not added the parsed strings to any UI elements (also I have build errors...)
