Maybe we need a new release?

Hi, I try to install by npm install pocket-sdk and find that the file lib/oauth-middleware.js in 0.0.10` is out of date. Its version is 1.6.3 but the newest version should be 1.8.0.

It may cause a 401 error while trying to use the pocket API after authenication.
