Add to Homebrew and maybe MacPorts

I'm not sure if they make it easier to deal with the codesigning, but I wasn't quite able to use our GHA-built Mac binaries easily (even with ad-hoc code signing, there was a right-click to launch procedure and it made it slightly awkward to use in an editor environment).

I also figure this is how most Mac users are comfortable installing thier cli tools, so might as well venture into that ecosystem when we have the time.
