Prusa PID autotune doesn't save to EEPROM with M500

After running a hotend PID autotune then saving to the EEPROM with M500 and a heated PID autotune then M500 it didn't save the PID values when I used M503 to see what was stored.

Instead I need to manually assign them with M301 and M304 then use M500. After doing this and checking with M503 I confirmed this fix worked
