Gcode generator for first layer is "broken" not centering printable "samples"

i have an ender 3 s1 pro, and have some custom X and Y offsets for my ABL probe, all that is fine, but where the issue appears is in two places.

first the gcode "tester" says i have a 0.4mm nozzle and 3mm filament?

i also cant get the test patterns centered even if i have inserted the custom X and Y offset.

am i reading things wrong or have i done something stupid?
