[Enhancement] Include 45 degree print blocks and offsets to allow for use on belt printers

There are a ton of things this is great for but I would love to use more of it on my CR 30. Anything that adjusts on layers don't work right on the diagonal layers. I don't know how much work it would be to add this function but could be really helpful! (I know this may fall in the 1% help 40% confuse but if it was implemented with a 45Degree check box it could simplify it.
