Slicer Flow Calibration Superslicer menu changed

The menu in the examples for settings are not compatible with the current version. some confusion might arise ? Yours

To elaborate on what I believe @PVerburg is trying to convey.

The existing state states, under step 4:

Print settings > Width and flow > Extrusion width > default: 0.4 and Print settings > Width and flow > Extrusion width > perimeter: 0.4 and Print settings > Width and flow > Extrusion width > external perimeter: 0.4

But, as you can see from the screenshot above, Print settings > Width and flow > Extrusion width > default: is grey'd out and can not be changed. Perhaps the default should read first layer? I'm not entirely sure.
