Allow to configure part cooling fan in temperature tower

This allows to fine tune fan speed for the purpose of strength and to prevent overheating.

Example usage pattern:

  • tune ASA via temperature tower to find the best temperature
  • using the given temperature fine tune FAN speed to figure out the lowest possible value that avoids curling
