I did not know where to write you so instead I am writing this as an issue:

If you want to back up your profiles in the same way, please replicate my .gitignore file. The physical_printer folder in particular should not be shared, because the ini files within may contain sensitive information like your Octoprint API key.

I would like to inform you that you have already commited physical_printer folder and is stored in git history. Since its a start of fresh repo i would recommend deleting those commits or reset whole repo.
