PayPal icon isn't loading. When you press on it the 403 error appears.

Hm, can you include a screenshot of what you're seeing and describe the issue a little more? this is what i'm seeing and the flow works

Here You can find the screenshot! And my be I'm the only one seeing the error because PayPal isn't available where I live.

hm sadly i'm not sure this is a teacherfund issue, seems like a paypal issue
