AND/OR feature for buff tracking

Hi is there feature to track if 'x'-buff or 'y' buff, then do 'z'?

In my case I want to track whether I have prayer of fortitude or power word: fortitude buff active, and if not then show icon.

If this is not existing feature, it would be cool to have :)

Unfortunatly not. I dont add features anymore, but feel free to make a pull request :)
