Create separate pages for resourceRelationship and measurementOrFact

Suggested by @peterdesmet at Darwin Core IG session (Nov 3, 2021):

Now that the extension Chronometric Age has its separate page (https://tdwg.github.io/chrono/list/), maybe the Darwin Core original extensions resourceRelationship and measurementOrFact should have their separate pages too and be taken out of the Quick Reference guide.

@peterdesmet Actually, they don't redirect to the QRG any more. dwc: terms redirect to the List of Terms page. The redirect currently is based on the namespace, so currently I don't see an easy way to change that other than adding a custom redirect for every term organized in those two classes.

We could take them out of the QRG and put them on their own list of terms page where people could look at them separately. The term IRIs would just not redirect to that page.

This issue is aging. In the interim period there hasn't been a complaint or confusion expressed. Should we close this issue?
