We put efforts, like building Controlled Lists into the data entry tool or setting up concrete data entry quality control process into the workflow, to make sure the data standard will be followed. CCO, Cataloging Cultural Object, was produced and followed by the community. I wonder if biodiversity community also does the similar work.
