Or do we? Until there is significant traction and activity I suspect we can just accept PRs once we get a +1, review, or comment to the effect of "I like it", or none of these.

We should start this as simple as possible, and change it later if needed. So +1 for accepting PR's with +1. (or just using the repository wiki instead of PR's - how are wiki editor rights handled?)
