Internal Server Error (500) on Login Page Description

I am experiencing a persistent "Internal Server Error" when trying to access the login page. While other parts of the website, such as the FAQ page, load correctly and instantly, the login page hangs for a long time and eventually fails.

Here is my operations: Navigate to the homepage: https://anonymous.4open.science/ Click on the "Login" button. The browser tab shows a loading state. After a short while (or a timeout), the page displays an "Internal Server Error".

Pages like the FAQ (/faq) are accessible and load without any issues.
