Getting issue on "compass watch"

When i execute "compass watch" in my project directory, i get following error

Gem::ConflictError on line ["2112"] of /Library/Ruby/Site/2.0.0/rubygems/specification.rb: Unable to activate compass-baseline-0.4.1, because sass-3.4.19 conflicts with sass (~> 3.1.0)

I tried removing latest version of sass, but that breaks compass completely.
