How can I execute a gift upgrade command at a specific price or a specific amount without using chatbot capability and business connection?

In TDLib gifts can be upgraded using the method upgradeGift, but you should be aware that automatic actions on behalf of users are against Telegram API ToS and can lead to ban of the account.
