I noticed in https://core.telegram.org/tdlib/docs/ that you're using vcpkg for your dependencies on Windows.

We'd be happy to accept a PR adding telegram-tdlib to vcpkg (enabling vcpkg install telegram-tdlib)!

No idea how this has progressed within the past 6 years but it would be very much appreciated to have td on vcpkg. It is good that it is at least on Homebrew but a Windows package manager is necessary as well especially for cross-platform.
