You need to update Telegram X to beta version through Google Play to fix the issue. For this

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Go to the app detail page.
  3. Look to see mentions of a beta testing. Make sure you scroll down as this information could be at the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap Join and then Join.
  5. Update the app.
