Where are the model files?

The articles says:

Create a folder called 'models' and copy in the appropriate models for your language from PocketSphinx's pocketsphinx\model directory. I copied in the hmm/en_US/hub4wsj_sc_8k folder, lm/en_US/cmu07a.dic, and lm/en_US/wsj0vp.5000.DMP files.

However, I'm not seeing any of these files. I even tried looking in older CLs. Are they generated somehow?
