Could not be installed on Jolla Phone

Does not work with the Jolla Phone. Could not be parsed in... ???

While the Jolla Phone says it supports Android - I have yet to find mention of what particular version of Android it supports. Are you able to install and use other apps that require BTLE on the device (either an app that controls a sensor or light bulb).

I am able to install this on all of my devices so far (Nexus 5, Nexus 6 and Nexus 7 (2013).
