Invalid resolution 0 dpi. Using 70 instead

I have been using your binaries and I'm finding that I receive this message on every image. I know the images are good because I've processed thousands of tiff images and before it runs tesseract 4.0 on the images I'm collecting the compression, dpi, resolution, etc... most of which are CCITT G4, BW 300 DPI I've also experienced this with LZW etc... I saw a post on CharlesW's bugs related what I believe I'm seeing. This post tesseract/issues/306 Would be willing to apply this fix to the tesseract 4 wrapper. It seems to be affecting many others working with the 4.0 Wrapper.
