How to use with cmake?

I don't get it. People say that for compiling in cmake I need a .lib, but you only have .dll

Why this project exists? How people link to it?

This project is stale and I should remove it. To answer your question though, I built this for use by the charlesw tesseract .Net wrapper which is managed code. I presume you are doing C/C++ which benefit from .lib. This project isn’t right for you.
