Donation tracking

As someone concerned with 501c4 compliance, I want Organizer to track donation information.

Also as someone who wants to know who meets our membership criteria of "has a recurring subscription", I want Organizer to track recurring subscriptions.

Should include support for Stripe at a minimum. Other widely used backends include paypal, venmo.
