New sample code with ODFDOM, when Simple Api is removed

Hi, when the Simple API will removed in the next release. The sample code must be update with ODFDOM.

Just to clarify, the next release 0.9.0 will still include the Simple API, but just after the release the sources (and documentation) will be removed. If there is sample code for Simple API to be updated for 0.9.0 we either have a volunteer to update it or we remove it.

Hi I found the sample code is helpful to work with odftoolkit. Hopefully the project will find someone to update the documentation with ODFDOM.
