I implemented the "simple" fix. I disabled seeking for Amiga, though I could do it the other way around and only enable it for IBM.

Browsers can't play RTSP streams, so I'm not sure how valuable this would be. Seems like this would be better solved via modifying the camera, or setting up some sort...

Yes. This isn't the only way to do it, of course. This method has some downsides, too - it can't combine good sectors from separate reads, it preserves potentially useless...
