Twitter link weird error 404

Hi! Our community has been using the markdown-link-checker for a while for many repos, the check for Twitter link suddenly fails for 404 a week or two ago and has been broken since. However, changing the link capitalization from https://twitter.com/ASFSkyWalking to https://twitter.com/AsfSkyWalking fixes the check, which is very odd, can someone explain a possible reason? It kinda bugs me though it works now by changing the url, any idea is appreciated.

Something to add, it only fails in GitHub Actions, and passes in local machine.

Does not fix the Twitter returning status 0 for me though, so for now, I'll ignore Twitter links.
